PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS
People often come to me with a scenario that they are finding difficult and leave with a solution – a solution that is right for them. You don’t want fake promises like being able to lose large amounts of weight within a short space of time because these often don’t produce longer term lasting changes in lifestyles. I help people plan practical steps, giving them tips that they can start using straight away, that will make a difference for lasting change.

Clients often say that they really value having someone to really listen to them, without a hidden agenda. Someone who will fight their corner, support them through the highs and the lows and keep them accountable to themselves.

FOCUS ON THE FUTURE
Coaching is a unique conversation between the coach and client. It isn’t counselling or therapy, and doesn’t focus on the past. It focuses on the future, on change and solutions to problems / frustrating situations. But the thing I love about it the most, is that the coach doesn’t give advice or tell the client what to do. The coach knows that the client has the answers and the ability to achieve great things, with the right questions and encouragement.

Off Balance?

At different points in our lives, we can find ourselves focussing in on one area of life at the expense of others, then feeling stretched and misbalanced.

I will work with you to check over all your life areas and consider any changes you want to make. We will work together to explore ways to balance all the things that are important to you, and keep things running in harmony for the future.

Struggling with goals?

We often set ourselves goals, and start off with so many good intentions, yet never manage to keep going to make the changes long-lasting changes.

I can help uncover the things that have been holding you back and unlock your motivation. During each session you will set yourself realistic goals to work towards and leave each session with the drive and excitement to achieve them.

Unhappy at Work?

I often hear people saying ‘I do it because that’s what I do’ or ‘I do it because I should’. We spend so much time working, we need to make sure we are doing what’s right for us.

We will look at what’s important to you, exploring your strengths and skills and how they can fulfil your interests and needs. You will leave feeling energised, with real clarity about your next steps.
