When you are busy taking care of everyone else, juggling life every day, it can be really hard to find ways to look after yourself that can fit in with your busy life.

So I created a set of cards with a variety of ideas to help you find ways to care for yourself. Self-care is often associated with activities such as spa days and baths (both are super lovely things to do), but the real key is finding a whole range of things that you can do on a regular basis that will prevent you from ending up empty.

There is not one perfect self-care practise. The key is to have a whole range of strategies that you can use, depending on what you need in that moment in time. These cards will be provide you with a wide range of suggestions that will nurture your whole well-being. They are designed by me, a busy human being, on a mission to help everyone nourish themselves regularly. If you are someone who says, “But I don’t have time” these are for you. Self-care doesn’t have to take hours. Self-care doesn’t need to be a solo activity.
