These cards will be provide you with a wide range of suggestions that will nurture your whole well-being. They are designed by me, a busy human being, on a mission to help everyone nourish themselves regularly. If you are someone who says, “But I don’t have time” these are for you. Self-care doesn’t have to take hours. Self-care doesn’t need to be a solo activity.
