Real-World Resilience: Evidence-Based Strategies for Wellbeing

This workshop provides practical, evidence-based strategies to help individuals strengthen their capacity to cope with work and life stressors, especially when working in demanding roles.

Grounded in the science of wellbeing and resilience, the session focuses on three key areas shown to make a real difference in how people manage stress and maintain their energy:

  • Strengths in Action
Learn how to recognise and use your unique personal strengths—and those of your team—as powerful tools for resilience and confidence.
  • Resilient Thinking
Explore how unhelpful thought patterns can get in the way, and develop mindset strategies that support flexibility, self-compassion, and perspective.
  • Expanding Your Coping Toolkit
Discover a range of practical coping strategies, and identify the approaches that work best for you in your context.
