Wellbeing in Action: Practical Tools for Everyday Life and Work

This interactive program introduces the core principles of positive psychology and guides participants to explore what wellbeing means for them, both personally and professionally.

Through a blend of practical tools, reflection and real-life application, participants will:

• Gain a clear understanding of the key principles of positive psychology and wellbeing and how they relate to everyday wellbeing.

• Explore and experiment with a range of evidence-based practices to discover what works best for them.

• Build their own personalised Wellbeing Blueprint (a toolkit that supports resilience, energy and fulfillment at work and beyond).

How it Works

This course will comprise of 3 x 2 hour sessions, ideally spaced weekly to allow for reflection and practice between sessions.

About Your Coach

Sam James has over 15 years experience in supporting teams and individuals in a workplace environment. 

With a focus on positive psychology and coaching psychology, her approach to wellbeing uses scientific, evidence based tools to support the wellbeing of individuals and organisations.
