Resilience in Practice: Navigating Setbacks with Strength and Strategy

Setbacks are an inevitable part of working life – but they don’t have to derail progress. In fact, they can be powerful opportunities for growth, reflection and redirection.

This practical, reflective session explores how people can respond constructively when things don’t go to plan. Drawing on real-world examples and evidence-based tools, participants will:

  1. Develop a more resilient mindset to help them bounce back from challenges.
  2. Learn a structured approach to reflect on setbacks and extract useful learning.
  3. Build confidence in their ability to adapt, recover and move forward with purpose.
